| 摘 要： | 自1994年成立以来,中国农业发展银行作为唯一的农业政策性银行,在支持国家农业政策,开展新农村建设等方面取得了十分显著的成效。然而,由于贷款对象及用途的特殊性,农发行的信贷风险一直居高不下,成为困扰其稳定发展的重要因素。文章就农发行的信贷风险现状进行阐述,指出信贷风险的主要内容,并从多方面分析其产生的原因,针对各项原因进行思考,从政府、企业、农发行三者的立场提出了有效防控风险的办法,从借鉴其他金融机构控制风险的角度提出了定性定量分析结合的风险研究方法等等。全文对农发行信贷风险的防控实施了较系统的分析,提出了较全面的措施,进行了较深入的思考,可以说是防控农发行信贷风险17年以来的一个总结,更是其控制信贷风险的新开始。
