新时期农民工社会保障的现状与对策浅析

农民工是我国改革开放和工业化、城镇化进程中一支新型劳动大军和特殊社会群体,为我国城市发展做出了重大贡献,但这一群体在城市通常处于尴尬或弱势的地位。当前,妥善解决农民工急需的社会保障问题,不仅是解决＂三农＂问题、促进经济社会可持续发展的需要,也是维护农民工合法权益和构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求。本文分析了农民工社会保障的现状,并在此基础上提出了完善农民工社会保障的对策。

The Present Situation and Countermeasure of Rural Migrant Workers Social Security in the New Era

Rural migrant workers,a new type of laboring army as well as a special social group in the process of reform and opening,industrialization and urbanization,have been contributing a lot for developing.Nevertheless,they are always in an embarrasing and vulnerable state.To deal with the rural migrant workers′social security has become not only the necessity of the issue of agriculture,countryside and peasant,of social sustainable development,but the necessity of maintaining legal rights of rural migrant workers,of constructing the harmonious society.The article analyzes the present situation of rural migrant workers′ social security and proposes the countermeasures to perfect rural migrant workers′ social security.
