| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村,把提高农民素质摆到了重要位置。＂三农＂问题始终是关系党和人民事业发展的全局性和根本性的问题,＂谁赢得了农民,谁就赢得了中国＂,这是毛泽东对中国革命和建设的经验总结。当前,加强和改进农村思想政治教育,有利于确保新农村建设的社会主义性质和方向,是促进农村社会主义精神文明和物质文明建设的重要保证。

| Abstract: | It is essential to promote the qualities of farmers in building a new socialist countryside.The issue of agriculture,countryside and farmer has always been the overall development of fundamental problems between the party and the people,＂Who won the peasants,the Chinese will win＂—Mao Zedong＇s lessons learned from the Chinese revolution and construction.At present,to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education in rural areas is to ensure that the construction and direction of a new socialist countryside,is the important guarantee to promote the rural socialist spiritual civilization and material civilization. |
