| 摘 要： | 到目前为止,我国的司法考试已举办了九届,司法考试的通过率事实上已经纳入评价法学本科教育的指标体系,不关心法学本科教育的司法考试通过率,事实上已不可能。法学本科教育与司法考试之间的关系怎样定位,如何理性选择,使二者之间形成良好的对接,这是法学本科教育教学需要认真应对的理论和实践问题。
