| 摘 要： | 土地整理项目效益与土地整理项目风险都多有论述,但是将两者联系起来进行平衡分析却鲜有提及。运用项目管理方法,将土地整理项目的效益与风险进行整合分析,提出土地整理项目持续健康发展的对策和建议。
