摘    要:案例教学最初始于美国,其根本做法是将实际发生的案例引入课堂,使学生在课堂中能进行实务分析、现实模拟,起着连接法学理论与司法实务的作用,是学生把所学习的法学理论知识应用到实践中去的纽带和桥梁。从法学教学的现实情形出发,通过实例对目前学生存在的问题进行分析,探讨在教学中引入案例教学的必要性。以期对学生的学习起到引领作用。

Abstract:The case study began firstly in the United States,the fundamental approach is to introduce the actual case to classroom,so that students can practice in analysis,realistic simulation,as a link between legal theory and the judicial practice,students can apply the legal theory learning in classroom to the practice.This article analyzes the existing problems and explore the necessary of introducing the case study in practice teaching from the reality of teaching.
