基因工程技术发展的人文价值原则及导引途径探析

基因工程技术与人文价值有着复杂的关联性。基因工程技术社会功能的显现过程,也是人文价值的生成和发展过程。用人文价值导引基因工程技术的发展既是必要的,又是可能的。在遵循人本原则、技术与伦理观念协同原则和非功利性原则的基础上,通过确立开放的技术伦理评估框架、推广人文主义的科学教育观、强化生命科学家的道德责任、营造良好的社会舆论氛围等途径,协同好基因工程技术发展与人文价值提升的关系,实现用人文价值原则导引基因工程技术发展的目的,通过发展基因工程技术去收获一个美好的未来。

On the Humanistic Values as Guideline in Development of Gene Engineering/Technology

A complex relation is found between gene engineering/technology and humanistic values.The social function of gene engineering/technology should embody the formation and development of humanistic values.It is necessary and possible to evoke the humanistic values in the development of gene engineering/technology and hold it up as a guideline.To realize the people-oriented and nonutilitarian harmony of technology and ethic,the following measures are suggested to take,i.e.,frame an open evaluation system for the correlation between technologies and ethic,spread over the humanistic view of science education,enhance the moral responsibility of life scientists and provide favorable public medium atmosphere for the harmony,etc.Keeping the humanistic values,we can gain a nice future through the development of gene engineering/technology.
