特区移民文化建构探析

移民文化在特区经济发展中有着举足轻重的作用。实证分析结果表明，外来人口在常住人口中的比例与特区经济发展成正比。大量的外来人口除了直接参与经济建设贡献力量外，并形成移民文化推动本土文化重构更新，促进经济的发展。文章就如何吸引外来人口，进行文化重构，提出了若干建议。

On Construction of Immigration Culture in the Special Administrative Region

The immigration culture has a pivotal function in the economic development of special administrative regions. An empirical analysis shows that the percentage of non-native population in the permanent population is proportional to the degree of economic development. Great numbers of non-native people not only contribute directly to economic development, but also form the immigration culture to reconstruct and renew the indiginous culture, promoting the economy. The paper makes some suggestions as how to attract the immigrants and carry on cultural reconstruction.
