| 摘 要： | 以毛泽东为代表的中国共产党人,将马克思主义理论与西藏实际相结合,紧紧抓住民族和宗教两件大事,坚持"慎重稳进"方针推进民主改革,历史性废除西藏封建农奴主土地所有制,摧毁官家、贵族、寺庙上层僧侣"三大领主"统治的经济基础;废除西藏"政教合一"制度,把宗教教权与世俗政权分开,实现政教分离;实行民族区域自治制度,建立西藏人民民主政权,开创西藏发展史上的新纪元.
