Functions of Non-profit Organization on the Agriculture of the United States, Japan and South Korea and the Inspiration on China

In reality, the non-profit organization plays an indis pensable role in the agriculture of the United States, Japan and South Korean. T o make full use of the non-profit organization in the development of Chinese ru ral areas, this paper analyzes the reasons of its existence, the functions and t he effects, and then draws conclusions on the following points. First, it is nec essary for Chinese government to raise budget on social welfare. Second, the gov ernment should perfect the legal environment for the development of non-profit organization in Chinese rural areas and optimize the management system and self -discipline mechanism. Last, the government should give strong support for the activities of the non-profit organization.
