| 摘 要： | 残疾人社会保障是整个社会保障的重要组成部分。享有社会保障既是残疾人的基本权利，也是残疾人的迫切需求。根据2006年江苏省第二次全国残疾人抽样调查的有关数据以及补充调查，阐述了江苏省残疾人社会保障的现状与存在问题，提出了完善江苏省残疾人社会保障体系的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Social security of the Disabled is an important part in the overall social safety net.And it is the population's basic right and demand to have the share in the net.According to the data of Jiangsu from the Second National Sample Survey on Disability in 2006 and an additional investigation,the paper discussed the present situation and problems in Jiangsu,and put forward suggestions on improving the security system in the province. |
