| 摘 要： | 在社会主义市场经济条件下如何建设社会主义精神文明，不仅是一个理论问题，更是一个实践问题。不能离开社会主义市场经济的基础来进行精神文明建设。因此，本文认为，只有扬弃和升华市场经济原则，才能丰富和拓展精神文明建设的内涵，才能使社会主义精神文明建设具有现实性和可行性。市场经济的基本观念和道德原则，有些是和精神文明建设相矛盾的，对此应该进行批判；有些与精神文明建设的要求不相适应，但在市场经济建设过程中又不可避免会出现的，对此则应该进行批判地改造，使其升华成为社会主义精神文明的一部分。唯其如此，社会主义精神文明建设才能和社会主义市场经济建设携手共进，共同发展

| Abstract: | It is both a theoretical and a practical problem as to how to construct the socialist spiritual civilization under the socialist market economy. It won't come true without the economic foundations. The author believes that the construction of spiritual civilization can been riched and realistic and practicable provided that the market economic principles are sublated and sublimated: the concepts and moral principles contradictory to the construction should be discarded those incompatible but inevitable should be reformed and turned into acomponent of the spiritual civilization. |
