对上海合作组织发展的制约性因素的研究

文章对上海合作组织在防范和打击“东突”恐怖势力等“三股势力”方面取得的重大成就进行了客观评价。特别针对目前上海合作组织在整合地区力量、进一步发展方面受到一系列制约性因素的影响展开了讨论,尤其是对上海合作组织在发展运行中遇到的障碍性因素和不确定性因素进行了深入的分析。

Study on the Restrictive Factors of the Development of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization

This paper objectively evaluates the great achievements of the SCO in guarding against and striking the three evil forces--violent terrorists, religious extremists and splittists', such as the Eastern Turkistan terrorists, discusses the influence of a series of restrictive factors on SCO's efforts of integrating regional strength for further development, and especially gives profound analysis on the impediment and uncertain factors the SCO met in its development.
