企业商标使用与保护问题研究——以新疆企业为例 |

摘 要: | 商标是企业重要的资源之一,随着商品经济的发展,商标对企业发展的作用日渐凸显,世界各国政府都出台了商标战略,对本国企业利用商标加以引导和管理,具有战略眼光的企业也在商标的运用和管理上投入大量人财物,并取得了巨大成就,但是当前仍有些企业的商标意识淡薄,在商标使用过程中还存在很多问题。以新疆企业为例,试从商标使用与保护方面提出自己的对策建议。

Abstract: | The brand is one of important resource of enterprise.With the development of commodity economy,the effect that the brand develops to enterprise is gradually protruding obvious.World governments of all countries in the world has all appeared personally brand strategy.Enterprise makes use of a brand to give guidance and manage to in the homeland ,has strategy sight enterprise applying also in the brand and throws into large amount of person property,has got great achievement.Xinjiang enterprise brand consciousness is indifferent,in the process of usage also existence much problem,the main body of a book try being put into use from the brand and the countermeasure protecting aspect bringing forward self suggests. |
