“以人为本”是指一切工作及其部门、单位必须依靠人民群众、绝大多数人 ;必须以人民群众和绝大多数人的利益为最高和根本利益 ;满足他们对物质、精神生活的合理需要 ;给他们以人文关怀。需要具有两重性 ,应通过物质文明和精神文明的发展、建设 ,满足人的合理需要 ,遏制不合理、不正当需要。人的发展的前提和重要内容 ,是人的内外解放 ,人的全面、自由和充分发展 ,只有到共产主义社会才能实现

Three Marxism Points in Human Science

Essence with humanmeans all work and its parts must depend on most of the masses; It requires to regard the interest of the masses as the most important and basic interest, to satisfy the masses' reasonable material and spiritual needs, and to supply most of the masses and let them live offer them a free, harmonious, and happy environment. Human's needs are native, but should be divided into reasonable and improper ones. It is through the development and construction of material and spirit civilization that we are able to solve the contradiction between need and shortage, to satisfy reasonable human needs, and to resist improper ones. The premise and important content of men's development lie in two kinds of people's liberation, which can only be realized in communism society.
