| 摘 要： | 电子商务影响到社会的方方面面。电子商务活动中的信息流、商流、资金流、物流互为条件,缺一不可。在我国,由于物流业的发展滞后,已不适应电子商务环境下的信息流、商流(资金流)的发展,成为电子商务发展的一个瓶颈。但物流并非电子商务的天然瓶颈,分析我国目前电子商务物流存在的问题,以便找出发展物流、保证电子商务进一步发展的对策。

| Abstract: | E-commerce influences society in all aspects.Information flow,trade flow,capital flow,logistics in E-commerce are indispensable to each other.In China,due to the lag in its development,logistics has failed to meet the needs of the development of information flow,trade flow,capital flow in E-commerce environment and therefore is a bottleneck in the growth of E-commerce,but is not a natural one.The paper analyzes the problems existing in the present logistics so as to put forward countermeasures to ensure its further development. |
