| Abstract: | The supervisory system from 1912 to 1949 started from "the Five Rights Constitution" advanced by Sun yet-san. It is independent of other power bodies. The laws and regulations are complete and creative and restrict strictly the supervisors. They also absorbed some practices from both the ancient times and parliaments in Europe and America. It is still a reference. |
