| 摘 要： | 关于农村社会保障制度的研究,国内外文献多有涉及,但是学者们更多地是从社会学而不是法学的角度进行研究,本文立足于对中国农村社会保障的有关立法问题进行探讨,通过历史分析的方法,从法律的视角来研究制度问题,并且在分析的基础上提出了具体的立法建议。 |

| Abstract: | The study on the system of social security in Chinese countryside has been referred to in domestic works and abroad,which has been studied from the sociological angle but not from the legal angle.In this article,some questions on the legislation of social security in Chinese countryside will be probed in the way of historical analysis and from the legal angle. And concrete legislative suggestions will be proposed. |
