高职音乐表演专业声乐人才职业定位思考

阐述了职业定位的内涵和意义,通过对高职音乐表演专业声乐人才的具体职业定位,指出了目前高职院校在职业定位中出现的偏差。为了使声乐人才的职业定位更加科学准确,高职院校可以结合职业定位的依据从校本教材的编写、教师角色的转变、舞台化教学形式的实现以及模块化教学方式的采用等方面采取措施,使声乐人才能感受职业的真实,体验职业角色,确立科学合理的职业定位。

Reflection on the Professional Orientation of Vocal Music Talents of the Higher Vocational Music Performance Major

This paper illuminated the connotation and meaning of career orientation and pointed out the higher vocational colleges＇ professional positioning deviations through the specific career orientation of vocal music talents of the higher vocational music performance major. In order to make the professional orientation more scientific and accurate, vocational colleges could integrate the basis of the professional orientation and take steps from the aspects such as the preparation of the school-based teaching materials,the transformation of teacher＇s role,the realization of the stage teaching form and the adoption of modular teaching method etc,in order to make the vocal music talents feel the reality of career,experience the reality of professional role,and establish the scientific and rational professional orientation.
