| 摘 要： | 《婚姻法》的修改引起了全国人民的瞩目 ,也引起了许多法学学者的探讨。本文从婚姻法修正案入手 ,探讨婚姻的本质。指出婚姻是一种契约而非身份 ,并提出中国应建立婚姻契约制立法体制。
