摘    要:在世界格局不断进行调整,各种文化不断"登场"亮相的背景中,中国文化日益显示出缺乏竞争力等诸多不足,急需"中国文化走出去"和"提高中国文化软实力",把中国文化的"弱项"转变为"强项",以便与中国经济崛起相适应。这就需要说明中国文化走出去的缘由,中国文化主体和走出去的方法,化解各种矛盾,适应各种挑战,提高中国文化在世界上的影响力。

Abstract:Nowadays,World pattern adjust Frequently,Various cultures constantly debut in the world.Chinese culture is becoming more and more competitiveness and many other shortcomings.So,Chinese culture Urgent needs to "going out"and enhance Chinese cultural soft power.The"weakness"of Chinese culture needs to converts into Superiority,So as to adapt to the development of China.This requires us to explain why Chinese culture "going out",subjectivity of Chinese culture and ways to going out,how to solve various contradictions and Adapt to the challenges.Improving the influence of the Chinese culture in the world also accords with practical needs.
