| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员的非权力影响力在学生教育和管理中有重大作用,因此如何提高辅导员非权力影响力是高校教育者普遍关心的问题。从提高政治素质和理论水平,注重修身,以德育人、以行正人,培养出众的心理品质,以人为本,以情感人等方面进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | University counselor's non-aubthority influence plays a very important role in education and administration.So how to improve counselor's non-aubthority influence becomes a great concern.This paper discusses some sides such as the improvement of one's politics and theory level,increasing one's standards of morality and affecting students through morality and behavior,the cultivation of superior psychological character,people-oriented education and motivating undergraduates,etc. |
