An Analysis of Social Tie Support Network for Community Correction Subjects——In Light of Cases Study of Three Streets in Shanghai

This paper surveys the social tie support of the community correction subjects in Shanghai at the social network perspectives.We analyze characteristics and classification of their social tie support network.The correction subjects need the tie support.Social workers are the most important support source of the social tie network,and especially they play an important role in helping the correction subjects hunting jobs.This thesis offers some suggestions such as establishing the halfway house and impoving the related welfare systems according to the problems existing in the social tie support networks for the community correction subjects.
