试论经济法在构建和谐社会中的基础性地位

实现社会公平正义是构建和谐社会的基本内容之一和重要保障,而以社会利益为本位、追求社会实质公平正义恰是经济法的本质和永恒的价值追求,两者具有高度的契合性和同质性。基于此,文章就如何发挥经济法在构建和谐社会中的基础性作用提出了建立对弱势群体的倾斜性保护制度;强化强势市场主体的社会性责任制度;推行公益诉讼三个方面的建议。

The basic status of Economic Law in Building a Harmonious Society

To achieve social fairness and justice to build a harmonious society is one of the basic and important protection to the community-based interests,and the pursuit of social fairness and justice in real terms is exactly the nature of economic law and the pursuit of eternal value,with a high degree of fit between the two and the same qualitativeness.Based on this,the article put forward three proposals on how to play an economic law in the construction of a harmonious society.The first is to establish a protection system for the inclination of the vulnerable groups;The second is to strengthen the social responsibility system for strong market players;and the third is to carry out public interest litigation.
