转型期农村社会阶层分化的现状及特征分析

农业社会向工业社会转变是走向现代化国家的必经之路,而合理的农村社会阶层分化有助于这一转变。以乡村行业人数统计为基础,参照国外职业分层标准,依据享有经济权力、社会资本的差异把转型期农民分为8个不同的社会阶层。由于农村社会处于分化的初级阶段,各阶层仍未真正脱离农村,阶层边界不固定,行业分化和区域分化不平衡,阶层贫富差距日益加剧。对转型期农民阶层分化的特征进行分析和归纳,有利于执政党对农村社会阶层结构的科学认知和有效整合。

Present Conditions and Characteristics of Country Social Stratification in Transformation Period

Transformation from agricultural society to industrial society is the only road to a modernized country.Reasonable social stratification in the country is helpful to the transformation.With overseas professional stratification standard as a reference,based on profession population statistics in the country,peasants in transformation period can be divided into eight social strata according to the degree to which they possess economic power and social capital.At the present early stage of stratification,every stratum is not completely off the country;the strata boundary is not clarified;the professional stratification and region stratification are not in balance;the strata disparity intensifies.The analysis on characteristics of country stratification can help the Party in power research and integrate effectively the country strata structure.
