| 摘 要： | 从西安民办高校贫困生数量、致贫原因、开支来源与消费状况、接受资助的需求与供给等方面的调查情况来看，完善民办高校贫困生资助体系刻不容缓，但受制于资金、政策、理念等方面的难题，目前民办高校贫困生资助工作仍举步维艰。因此，立足民办高校实际，以全面资助理念为指导，构建政府、社会、高校三位一体的资助体系是完全必要的。只有这样，才能真正做好民办高校贫困生的资助工作，促进民办高校贫困生的全面发展。
