Public policy and revenue increase of farmers--An analysis of the Party Central Committee's "Document No.One" about revenue increase of farmers

As the main body of making public policies, the Party Central Committee has invariably attached great importance to "the three-farmer program"."Document No. One" issued this year has considered the revenue increase of farmers to be the overall demand, which reflects the government's determination, to present farmers with equal treatment with national policy. This article, based on the Party Central Committee's "Document No. One" which aims at prompting the revenue of farmers, analyzes the factors which may influence the increase of farmer's revenue, and deal with the effect of public policies in the course of the revenue increase.
