| Abstract: | In 1937,Japanese Imperialist waived the extraterritoriality,which brought about great turbulance among the so called stateless Koreans,who constituted a large proportion of the Korean communites inhabited in Marchukuo.The naturalization policy aimed at the stateless Koreans was a scheme of the Japanese imperialist in order to stablize the public order in Manchukuo,but it produced very little effect. |
