| Abstract: | The importance of selecting and cultivating college student cadres geared to the needs of the 21st century has been analyzed in this article. It is proposed that virtue and ability be stressed in the selection and college stu-dent cadres be cultivated mainly in political, professional, innovation and psychological qualities. |
