| Abstract: | Power restriction is the modern rational scientific foundation for the system of investigating and affixing responsibilities for misjudged cases, and also the theoretical foundation for establishing a system investigating and affixing responsibilities for misjudged cases in China. The inertia of our traditional culture and special social structure are the realistic foundation for establishing such a system in China. The principle of laying equal emphasis on entity justice and procedure justice is the value foundation for its establishment. |
