| 摘 要： | 采用数据包络分析（DEA）方法对全国各地区的农村金融资源配置效率作整体评价和比较,并对各地区农村金融资源配置作投入产出分析。东部农村金融资源配置效率整体上高于中西部。东部地区应该提高规模经济效率,中部地区应该减少物力的投入,提高金融机构固定资产的利用效率,而西部地区的效率低下源于相关规章制度的不健全与管理水平的低下,且应该引进相关的管理和技术人才。

| Abstract: | Based on the Data Envelopment Analysis（DEA）,this article evaluates the efficiency of the provincial rural financial resource allocation.And then it points out the ways of improvement for the efficiency assessment of resource allocation.We find that the east provinces＇ have more allocation efficiency than the middle and west provinces.The reason for middle provinces is the scale efficiency,while the west provinces are the laws and the management level. |
