| 摘 要： | 地理标志是一种标示商品或服务基本来源的重要标志。通过对农产品地理标志的概念、特征以及保护意义等方面进行探讨，分析了目前我国农产品地理标志保护的两种主要模式及其存在的不足，初步提出了完善我国农产品地理标志法律保护的措施。

| Abstract: | Geographical indication importantly marks the geographical origin of commodity and services. This paper discusses the definition, characteristics and significance of protection of geographical indication of China＇s agricultural products. This paper also analyzes the two main protective modes as well as their defects and put forward some countermeasures on how to perfect the protection on geographical indication of China＇s agricultural products. |
