| 摘 要： | 欧盟对华政策在30余年的发展中发生了三个阶段性变化,并逐步走向成熟;从国际体系的视角切入,提出了冷战至今国际体系力量中心组合的四种模式,基于中欧关系发展的历史进程,分析了国际体系力量中心组合模式的变动对欧盟涉华政策造成的不同结果,对未来10年欧盟对华政策的前景进行了预测。

| Abstract: | In the 30-plus year development of the policy of the European Union(EU) on China,three changes of stage nature have taken place,getting mature gradually.From a view angle of the international system,we analyze four modes of the grouping of the center of the strength of the international system since the cold war.From the course of the development of the policy of the EU on China,we further expound the change of the grouping mode in question and the different results of the policy caused.Based on the above,we forecast the perspective of the policy of the EU on China in the future 10 years. |
