高职院校“双师型”教师培养策略

摘    要:高等职业教育迅速发展的同时现代科技使生产、服务、管理等应用型工作岗位的科技含量不断提高,许多专业理论与实践技术愈来愈紧密地结合在一起,这就要求有一批既有专业理论素质,又有技师(工程师)的实践技能的“双师型”教师。通过能力要求、培养策略促进专业理论教师技能化、学习指导教师理论化,都是保证职教培养目标实现的重要方面。

Abstract:With the fast development of vocational education,the integration of science and technology has been increasing trend in employments such as in production,service,management and so on.It is necessary that most teachers of vocational and technical college need not only attainment of theory,but also ability of practice,with special theory and practice technology combining closely more and more.In order to accomplish the aim of vocational and technical education,we would discuss requirement of ability and strategy of training two-skill teacher.The specification of ability and training strategy discussion will promote the theoretical teacher indulge into technological and ability training,learning tutoring teacher will become theoretically propounded.These are two important aspects of ensuring the realization of vocational education target.
