高职院校“双师型”教师培养策略

高等职业教育迅速发展的同时现代科技使生产、服务、管理等应用型工作岗位的科技含量不断提高,许多专业理论与实践技术愈来愈紧密地结合在一起,这就要求有一批既有专业理论素质,又有技师(工程师)的实践技能的“双师型”教师。通过能力要求、培养策略促进专业理论教师技能化、学习指导教师理论化,都是保证职教培养目标实现的重要方面。
