| 摘 要： | 信用档案的建立是一个比较复杂的问题，它不是档案部门能够全部承担的工作，而是有赖于整个社会信用体系的建立。因此，从法制化的社会信用体系的构建理论出发，信用档案的建立必须注意摒弃极端思维、完善征信立法、对个人数据信息予以明确界定等问题。

| Abstract: | The construction of credit record is a complicated question,which is not a task totally taken by department of archives management but depends on the establishment of credit system for the whole society.Hence,from the construction theory of social credit system according to law,the establishment of credit record must spurn extreme thought,perfect legislation and make a clear definition on individual data and information. |
