The Discussion on the Effectiveness of Press Releasing System under Emergency——from Chongzhou Accident

The primary reason for the setting up of the press releasing system is to guarantee the public's rights to know.The releasing of related information is more important under the emergency,because the knowledge of these information is directly connected with people's lives and properties.However,it's hard to get the information of the emergency through to public due to the lack of law's restriction and officers' out-dated thinking pattern.Some useful study is done on how to guarantee public's right to know through news releasing system in this paper.
