摘    要:一流的学科必然有一流的师资。目前师资队伍在学历层次、学缘结构、学科骨干、学科队伍及师德水平上还不适应学科建设的需要。为了促进学科发展 ,应长期加强师资队伍建设 ,并作为一个系统工程来实施 ,应健全激励和考核并行的机制 ,加强在职教师的培养提高 ,认真组织学科建设的创新团队 ,从根本上提高博士研究生的培养质量。

Abstract:A top discipline must be equipped with first-rate teachers. The present teacher-ranks cannot meet the needs of disciplines' construction in the structure of education degrees, the structure, bellwether and ranks of disciplines, and the level of teachers' professional morality. To accelerate the development of disciplines, it is necessary to reinforce the construction of teacher-ranks as systematic engineering. Meanwhile, it is necessary to perfect the mechanism of both encouragement and assessing, reinforce the on-job training and advancement of teachers, and set up an innovation team for disciplines' construction. The ultimate countermeasure is to improve the training of Ph.D. graduate students.
