“铁军精神”的传承与“盐工精神”的塑造

把“盐工精神”上升为体现盐城工学院独特精神气质的大学精神，必须通过对“铁军精神”的传承来完成对已有“盐工精神”的重塑。按照“铁军精神”内涵和实质，从大学精神培育和地方高校特色养成角度看，“盐工精神”应包括六个相互联系的有机体：即矢志报国岛民族精神；与时俱进的创新精神；顾全大局的团队精神；服务社会的民本精神；海纳百川的包容精神；锐意进取的拼搏精神。要塑造“盐工精神”，就不能不到“铁军精神”这一优良传统中去汲取营养和力量。

Inheritance of "the Spirit of Iron Army" and Mould of "the Spirit of YanGong"

In order to promote ＂ the spirit of YanGong＂ to the university spirit that reflects the unique spirit of tempefallent of Yancheng Institute of Technology, we need adopt a method of inheritance of ＂the spirit of iron army＂ to remoulding of ＂the spirit of YanGong＂ that we have. From the perspective of nurturing the spirit of the university and forming the characteristics of local colleges and universities, according to content and substance of ＂the spirit of iron army＂, ＂the spirit of YanGong＂ should include six interrelated organisms： determination to serve the countryg national spirit ; the innovative spirit of advancing with the times; the overall situation spirit team ; service to the community spirit of the people as the foundation ; inclusive spirit as wide as sea ac- cepted rivers; determination to make progress in fighting spirit. To really inherit ＂the spirit of iron army＂, we should reflect on the surface of the university spirit, and to mould ＂the spirit of YanGong＂, we should absorb nutrients and strength from the fine tradition of ＂the spirit of iron army＂.
