| 摘 要： | 霍布斯与洛克是古典自然法学派最具代表性的两位人物。他们自然法思想的形成与其所处的历史时期及社会政治、经济条件密切相关。霍布斯与洛克同属自然法学派,其思想有着共同的价值基点。但他们关于古典自然法的几个重要组成部分如自然状态、自然法内容、自然权利、社会契约的具体内容等方面却存在着很大差异。

| Abstract: | Hobbes and Locke are the most representative figures in the school of classical natural law.Their thoughts of natural law are closely related to the political and economical conditions in the society.But there is a great difference in their thoughts about the several important sections of the classical natural law.This article expounds the same and different ideas of Hobbes and Locke in the nature state,content of natural law,natural rights and social contract,so that we can learn the thoughts of natural law of Hobbes and Locke better. |
