摘    要:中国道教的养生文化,用现代的眼光看,实际上就是一种东方的生命学。虽然在细节和技术上道教生命学不如西方生命科学,但它对生命的整体性把握和动态洞察,以及对生命潜能的开发和生命体的自我调整化炼,都有着独特的优势。陈宁先生以仙学的方式重建道教生命学,兼信仰、哲学、科学而有之,为我们留下了珍贵的遗产。借鉴道教生命学,创建现代社会所需要的新生命学体系,有四个问题需要学界认真思考和讨论。1 在信仰的层面上,要把道教的神仙信仰变为对理想人格的追求;2 在养生的原则上,要把道教的性命双修扩大为一种普遍性的理念;3 在养生的方式上,要学习道教养生思想,把内养和外炼、静功与动功结合起来;4 在治病的途径上,要把道教医学与西方医学结合起来。

Abstract:Viewed from a modern sight, the culture of care for life of Chinese Taoism is actually a kind of Oriental learning of life. Although it cannot equal to the Western life science in detail and technology, it has special superiority in the entire grasping and dynamic insight of life, development to the life potentiality and the self-training of the life body. Mr. Chen Ying-ning reconstructed the Taoist learning of life through the learning of immortal, combining the belief, philosophy and science, thus left precious treasure for us. To construct the new knowledge system of the modern society, using the Taoist learning of life for reference, there are four questions to be considered. On the layer of belief, the Taoist belief to the immortal should be changed into the pursuit to ideal character; on the principle of care for life, the Taoist double exercise of life should be broadened to a common idea; on the way of care for life, the internal care and the external training, and the static exercise and the dynamic exercise should be combined; on the method of therapeutics, the Taoist medicine should be combined with the Western medicine.
