| 摘 要： | 面对国家人才发展战略，高校必须主动培养科研创新型人才。医学院校学生科研创新能力培养的现状还不容乐观。为此，要加强科研训练，成立学生科研组织，把对学生的科研要求制度化，建立合理的学术评价制度，明确以科研促教学的培养模式。这样，有利于增强学生的科研意识，有利于培养学生的团队精神，更有利于提高学生的科研创新能力。
