| 摘 要： | 分析社会工作与志愿服务两者之间的历史发展关系,以及二者关系的类型与特点,并结合深圳、上海、香港等地社会工作与志愿服务的合作发展经验,提出"政府主导,公民参与,社团管理,法规监督"的社会工作与志愿服务协同发展的互动机制。

| Abstract: | Through an analysis of the historical development,types and characteristics of the relationship between the social work and volunteer service and on the basis of the cooperative development experiences of social work and volunteer services in Shenzhen,Shanghai and Hong Kong,this paper puts forward the principle of "direction by government,participation by citizens,management by social groups,supervision with regulations" as an interactive and coordinative development mechanism for social work and volunteer service. |
