山东抗日根据地缉私述论

抗战期间,日本不仅加紧对山东抗日根据地的经济封锁,而且还猖狂地进行各种走私活动。为维持根据地军民抗战经济力,山东抗日根据地政权非常重视反走私斗争,通过强化缉私组织机构建设、建立健全缉私规章制度、构建高效廉洁的缉私队伍以及开展群众性反走私活动等一系列举措,有效地遏制了走私活动的泛滥,增强了山东抗日根据地的抗战实力。

On Anti - Smuggling of Shandong Anti- Japanese Base Area during the Anti- Japanese War

Japan and the Puppet Government not only blocked Shandong Anti-Japanese Base Area in economy during the Anti-Japanese War,but also smuggled in all kinds.To maintain Shandong Anti-Japanese Base Area's economy,the Government of Shandong Anti-Japanese Base Area attached importance to Anti-smuggling.Through consolidating anti-smuggling organizations and issuing series of anti-smuggling's decrees and regulations,and building anti-smuggling police,restrained the increasing of smuggling effectively and reinforced Shandong Anti-Japanese Base Area's power of resistance to Japan.
