广东地方高校高层次人才引进的策略研究

摘    要:近年来,广东地方高校在师资队伍的总体规模上已达到了一定的水平,并且在结构上有了较大的优化,但高职称人数特别是教授职称人数在师资构成中依旧占较低的比例。为了增强对高层次人才的吸引力,广东地方高校必须加强和完善自身建设规划;深化与国内高校合作,培养和引进高层次人才;积极拓展与国际高校合作,吸引高层次人才。

Abstract:Recent years have witnessed wonderful developments in Guangdong regional colleges and universities both in terms of their overall sizes of teaching staff and structure optimization. However, the proportions of high professional title staff, particularly those of professor title, are still low. In order to make it more attractive to high-level personnel, Guangdong regional colleges and universities should improve their construction plans, deepen cooperation with domestic colleges and universities to train and introduce high-level personnel, and expand new ground for cooperation with international colleges and universities to attract high-level personnel.
