In order to push forward the construction of staple commodity trading markets, Zhejiang should take five countermeasures as follows： to improve the organization and leadership system, to strengthen the political support dynamics, to construct matching service system, to enhance the construction of supporting market facilities, and to drive on the construction of market trading platform.
