中西主流文化差异辨析与比较

人类创造了文化,人和文化同时出现,从一开始文化就打上了人的意志的印记,因此对文化的研究也就是对人类自身的研究。在文化全球化日益加剧、跨文化交际日益频繁的今天,对中国传统文化和西方文化世界这两大主流文化的比较研究亦愈来愈重要和实用。由于各自的社会、政治、经济、地理等因素的制约,中西文化存在着巨大差异。文化具有开放性,对中西文化的根本特质及主要差异进行梳理比较有助于各自的文化认同。

Analysis and Comparison of Essential Differences between Chinese and Western Cultures

Cultures, created by human, came into being together with human and bore the imprints of human spirit. In this respect a study on culture means a consideration on human itself. The Chinese traditional culture and the western culture are the two dominant cultures of the present world. As a result of different social and political systems, economical and geographic environments, great differences exist in the two cultures. Nowadays multicultural globalization and intercultural communication go on increasingly and frequently because any culture is accessible and acceptable. The paper argues that a comparative study on their properties and differences between the two dominant cultures becomes more and more important and practical and helpful to their cultural identity.
