中外NGO人力资源构成的比较研究

摘    要:从中外NGO人力资源总量、人力资源成分、来源、年龄结构、学历结构方面的比较中,我们发现我国NGO人力资源构成存在的主要问题,这些问题的产生是由体制、文化、习俗观念等因素造成的.改善我国NGO人力资源的合理构成,需要从制度建设和组织文化建设两个方面着手.

Abstract:A comparative study of the human resources compositions of Chinese and overseas NGOs shows that there remain some problems concerning Chinese NGOs in terms of amount of resources,composition,origin,schooling and age structure.The article argues that these problems generated by factors like social systems,culture and customs could be solved through system building as well as organizational and cultural constructions.
