高职院校师资队伍建设的新思路、新特点与新策略

随着职业教育的发展与相关理论研究的深入,我国高职院校师资队伍的建设形成了一条新的发展思路:以学生的发展为师资队伍建构的主线;以教师主体的发展为统筹规划的核心之一;协调人才培养标准、课程与教学、制度与文化以及内在发展动力四个因素,形成队伍建设的合力。同时,在价值取向、建设内涵、成长模式、发展动力方面显现出新的发展特点。由此,以人才培养标准明确教师发展的方向;激发与满足教师内在发展需求,实现主动发展;以课程与教学的新理念引导教师队伍与时俱进;完善制度、孕育文化,为队伍建设提供保障成为师资队伍建设的新策略。
