| 摘 要： | 应当全面正确认识当前高校毕业生就业比较严峻的形势,从而积极采取切实的有效措施。既要根据社会经济发展需要调整高校专业,加强实用技术,做好“功夫在诗外”的工作;也要加强高校就业指导工作,更新就业观念,拓宽就业渠道;还应注意找准职业定位,讲究求职方式方法。

| Abstract: | We should understand the urgent circumstances of current employment of university graduates and take active and effective measure.On the one hand,we should adjust specialties and strengthen the practical skills,but on the other hand,we should strengthen the career guidance,renew the employment opinion and expand employment opportunities.And we also should pay attention to profession location and the method of job application. |
