| 摘 要： | 我国社保基金的监管存在现实困境,屡屡出现社保基金运行安全和保值增值的问题和案件。这与相关法律制度的缺陷直接关联。因此,应该尽快出台《社保基金监管条例》,把《社会保险法》中有关社保基金监管的内容细化。要使其具有法规的权威性,从而显著提高社保基金监管的法律效力和效率。

| Abstract: | The supervision of China＇s Social Security Fund undergoes difficulties in that problems and cases in relation to the operation safety of the Fund and the value-maintaining and value-adding of the Fund keep happening. This has to do with the defects of relevant laws. This paper suggests that a supervision regulation of social security fund be designed as soon as possible. The contents related to social security fund supervision in the Law of Social Insurance should be specified in detail so as to make them more legally authoritative and improve greatly the legal efficacy and efficiency of social security fund supervision. |
